Home Accounting is shareware. Shareware is try-before-you-buy-software. (It is not use-it-as-long-as-you-like-for-free software. That kind of software is called freeware.)
If you like it and use it, please register as follows:
There is no fee for versions before 1.0.0 (these would be any development versions where the version number ends with one of the following characters: d, a, b, or p, i.e. 1.0.0a3).
The registration fee for any version (from 1.0.0 and up) is $15. Supply the registration information shown in the Registration window selectable from the WINDOWS menu. You must send a return disk mailer with the proper postage and correct mailing address in order to receive the latest unlimited version.
Note: Softlock may be used in the future, which does not require the mailing of disks and allows credit card orders and such.
Foreign Users: If you are outside the US, please send the fee in US funds. Any foreign currency or checks will be kept as a collectable.
I do not take credit cards. I'm just a guy writing software and getting a few checks. This would be a big hassle for me to accept credit cards.
When you register, PLEASE let me know where you got it, more important, WHAT VERSION you are registering. If you have an E-mail address, PLEASE include it.
